Follow these simple steps to begin your ZIIP HALO facial at home.
Step 1. Apply 4-8 pumps of Electric Complex Gel to clean, dry skin.
Step 2. Turn on your ZIIP HALO using the power button located between the silver globes to activate THE LIFT treatment.
Step 3. Starting on one side of your face, glide both silver globes upwards from your jawline to forehead.
Step 4. Once you feel the vibration (every 5 seconds), move your ZIIP HALO and repeat the movement. We recommend starting from the outside of your face and working your way in.
Step 5. When you hear the beep, move to the other side of your face and repeat.
Step 6. Your ZIIP HALO will automatically turn off after your 4-minute facial is complete.
Step 7. Your ZIIP HALO will always reset back to THE LIFT treatment when switched off. If you want to try a different treatment, sync your ZIIP HALO with another treatment via the ZIIP App.

Yes, it is recommended to use a conductive gel with ZIIP HALO. The gel helps to improve conductivity and ensures proper transmission of electrical currents to your skin during the treatment. It helps enhance the effectiveness of the device and ensures a smooth and comfortable experience.
We recommend waiting 10 days after receiving an injectable or laser procedure before using ZIIP. Please consult your physician with further questions.
For best results, we recommend using your ZIIP 3-5 times per week, with a maximum of 6 times per week when following a short term treatment plan.
When the device needs to be charged, the band around the center of the device will glow orange.
To charge, insert the USB-A to USB-C charging cable into a USB power adapter(not supplied), then plug the other end into your ZIIP HALO device. (Do not attempt to use device while charging.)
If the device is completely drained of its battery and does not power on, plug in the device and press the power on button to activate charging.
During charging, the band will glow orange. The device will take up to 4 hours to charge. Once fully charged, the orange light will switch off.
To clean your ZIIP microcurrent device we recommend that you use isopropyl alcohol and a soft cloth to wipe down your ZIIP removing all gel after every use.
After every use, with a soft cloth, wipe your ZIIP free of gel. Then lightly spray your clean cloth with isopropyl alcohol and wipe your ZIIP down paying close attention to cleaning around the globes, the white silicone and around the band that is around the ZIIP making sure to remove any gel residue, then wipe off with a dry cloth before storing.
Please keep your ZIIP away from water or any other liquids (including excessive amounts of conductive gel), dampness or debris. DO NOT submerge your ZIIP HALO in water, place in the dishwasher or apply abrasive cleaners/chemicals.
When using your ZIIP, be sure to keep the charging port free of any conductive gel. This will help ensure your ZIIP HALO continues to perform at its best.
No, you cannot unfortunately. ZIIP HALO comes with a USB-A to USB-C charging cable - other types of charging cables are not compatible. If you have lost this cable, you can purchase at any electronics retailer (example purchase link).
I'm loving my ziip. It is making my jowls sooo much less visible. They're still there but looking much less visible. Making my full neck look so much younger looking. I'm thrilled, just thrilled.. My large pores appear to be looking better as well . Also under my chin looks less wrinkled... Love love love it...
I have been using the zip halo for about three weeks now and my skin is noticeably glowing and much smoother, and the loose skin that was starting to show on my neck actually appears to be tighter! I am really happy with my purchase.
I highly recommend this. I've been using it for about 4 weeks now. I notice a HUGE difference in my skin texture, wrinkles are almost gone, and sagging skin has tightened up. My mom (in her 70s) has also been using it for about 4 weeks and her neck has a HUGE improvement in the skin sag which has tightened up! She's very happy too.
I've been trying to use my ZIIP Halo at least 3 times a week for the past couple of weeks. I have not seen any benefits yet. I am still hoping to see a change as I continue using it.
I had been thinking about buying the ziip for a while but was unsure and I already had the myolift mini. I finally decided to buy it and its been about a month in using the halo. I am so impressed with everything about this device . Everything. The ergonomic design is beautiful , the different treatments are all amazing, the conductive gel is so elegant and lasts through the entire treatment. There are different wave forms to address different things and the app makes it so easy. In the app each treatment video demonstrates how to use the device and giving you information of what the different waveforms do, and what you will feel. The halo is a beautiful device . ....I have to say it is far superior to the device I already had and has got to be the best skincare tool I have ever purchased. Truly love it and the customer service is unbelievable.
